Range: from Mexico and Trinidad south to Peru and Bolivia.
メキシコとトリニダードからペルーとボリビアまでに分布。

(1)亜種 Streptoprocne rutila brunnitorques (Lafresnaye, 1844)
Range: southeastern Mexico to Panama, and Andes from Colombia to Bolivia (but doubtfully distinct from nominate rutila, and distribution imperfectly known).
メキシコ南東部からパナマとアンデスのコロンビアからボリビアまでに分布する。
