Range: Colombia, Venezuela, the Guianas and Trinidad south to northeastern Peru and Brazil.
コロンビア、ベネゼラ、ギアナとトリニダードからペルー北東部、ブラジルのに分布。
(1)亜種 Tachornis squamata semota (Riley, 1933)
Range: Panama to the Guianas, Trinidad, w-c Brazil and n Bolivia.
パナマからギアナ、トリニダード、ブラジル西部と中部、ボリビア北部に分布。
〇2019年09月20日、ペルーのタンボブランキーロ(Tambo Blanquillo)付近で観察。
