アリツグミ科 Formicariidae
Range: southern Mexico through Central America to the northern regions of South America. It occurs in Colombia, Venezuela, Trinidad and Brazil, and the Amazon Basin with the exception of the northwest region.
メキシコ南部から中米と南米北部に分布。

(1)亜種 Formicarius analis umbrosus Ridgway, 1893
Range: Caribbean slope of Honduras to w Panama.
ホンジュラスからパナマ西部のカリブ海側斜面に分布。
