シジュウカラ科 Paridae
Range: Himalayan foothills and southern-central China.
ヒマラヤ山麓と中国南部と中部に分布。

(1)亜種 Lophophanes dichrous dichroides Przevalski, 1876
Range: NE Tibet to sw China (n Sichuan, Qinghai, Gansu and Shaanxi)
チベット北東部から中国南西部（四川省北部、青海省、甘粛省、陜西省）に分布。

2017年06月11日、中国・四川省馬爾康近くで撮影。2480m~4000mの針葉樹林帯に棲息するそうです。
